I have never liked the dentist but what Dr. Gibson and his staff have created, is pure magic. You can tell everyone truly loves their job and everyone they work with, and it makes for the absolute best dentist visits every time! Dr. Gibson is knowledgeable, reassuring, quick with the task at hand, and does a phenomenal job of making you feel comfortable the entire time. Special shoutout to Kendra who is the Michelangelo of fillings! She not only got my teeth back to healthy, but helped give back some confidence I had lost due to some minor front teeth damage. Dentists visits are no longer dreaded with this team and office, but looked forward to because they do such a great job at every step throughout the appointment.

I have had really bad dental experience in the past and was so iffy about coming here. I have been numb and left chairs. But walking in here is a totally different experience. They treat you like family someone you have known for years. Janae is the momma out of the group I will never forget when I was having anxiety after my procedure she came in and turned on the ac made sure I was okay stayed with me helped me stand up and from there I knew she was just a genuine person. She has made my visits so much easier anytime I see her I know she’s got me. Dr.Gibson takes his time to explain and joke around to lighten the mood he’s so gentle. And I would HIGHLY recommend if you have dental anxiety this is the place to go. The whole staff is great and that is so hard to come by these days.

I've been going to Equitas for hrt and primary care for about a year now. I see Scarlett and she is very kind and responsive to mychart messages. Scarlett also always takes my issues seriously and my thoughts about my care are respected. I have never been made to feel stupid by any of the staff like I have been in other places. I am always called my correct pronouns. The financial assistance department is also very helpful. I am on the sliding fee scale and it allows me to afford care. I get all my scripts from the pharmacy and they are very quick to refill, often within the hour of me calling in. I even got help legally changing my name with Equitas's "legal clinic" where attornies volunteer to help you through the process. It really helped me understand all the legal jargon and I'm not sure if I could have changed my name without them.

ARE YOU SERIOUS so my fiance has been recieving such poor care that he had to stop literally all medications except the ONLY ONE THEY WOULD REFILL FOR HIM until they just cut him off recently. because he literally could not get ahold of the new nikki cambell psych he was given and the pcp was running him in circlesevery damn visit. nikki purposely ignored every mychart message from him, again with the running in circles but about rescheduling, and i had only put up with her bs of speeding through the time I HAD BOOKED so fast i could hardly keep up in order to keep receiving the medication i have been on for years now. she had ripped my fiance off his meds so fast and hard by ignoring him he got extremely sick for weeks after that i am now afraid to continuecare here. it happened today that i could not connect for my virtual appointment so they demanded i reschedule, then sent me to the front desk which nearly immediately hung up on me. twice. i assume i will never get my meds refilleed here again then, ABSOLUTELY INSANE not to mention everyone here is either rude as hell and not even a doctor. or the doctors and nurses just give you the most basic or "idek man" type solution.
